Brian Schramko - President & CEO

Prior to founding Be HR Strong, Brian owned and operated Novidea Healthcare, a human resource management company specializing in healthcare organizations, since 2001. In 2020, Brian completed the sale of Novidea and successfully transitioned the operations to the acquiring entity. Before 2001, Brian worked in financial consulting and business advisory services, including a tenure at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Brian holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BSBA in Finance and Economics from John Carroll University. When not supporting Be HR Strong clients in achieving their business goals, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and three children—cheering them on in the classroom, at work, and on the hockey rink and golf course.
